Short-Listing (Pre-Qualification) of Bidders for Goods, Works and Services for FY2025/2025

The East African Community (EAC) is a regional intergovernmental organization of eight (8) Partner States, comprising: the Republic of Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Republic of Kenya, the Republic of Rwanda, Republic of South Sudan, the Republic of Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania. The Treaty for Establishment of the East African Community was signed on 30th November 1999 and entered into force on 7th July 2000.

The East African Community hereby invites online submissions from ALL eligible, competent, qualified and experienced suppliers to submit applications for Pre-qualification of Suppliers for Provision of Goods, Services and Works to the EAC for the FY2025/26 – 2029/30 as per the categories outlined in the Pre-qualification document.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information through email or at the address given below during working hours i.e. Monday to Friday between 9.00a.m to 1.00pm and 2.30pm to 4.30p.m (Arusha Local time) with effect from Friday 13^th June,

Bidders are instructed to submit their completed submissions, outlining the category of Goods, Services, or Works they wish to supply, through the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. Bids must be sent to the address below on or before 14^th July, 2025 at 11.00 hours (Arusha Local time). Only digital/online submissions are accepted, and hard copies (like printed papers) ARE NOT Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below:
