INVITATION TO TENDER

PROVISION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE EAC HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX ARUSHA FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2024-2025

Reference Number:        EAC/SRVS/24-25/023

1. The East African Community (EAC) is a Regional Intergovernmental Organization of eight (8) Partner States, comprising the Republic of Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Kenya, Republic of Rwanda, Federal Republic of Somalia, Republic of South Sudan, Republic of Uganda and United Republic of Tanzania, with its headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania. The Treaty for Establishment of the East African Community was signed on 30^th November 1999 and entered into force on 7^th July 2000.

2. The East African Community Secretariat now wishes to invite bids from eligible Bidders for the Provision of Property Management Services for The EAC Headquarters Complex Arusha for the Financial Year 2024-2025. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding and is open to all eligible bidders from the EAC Region.

3. The complete tender document can be viewed and downloaded from the EAC website https://www.eac.int/opportunities/procurement-procedures and on the EAC e-procurement portal: http://eacprocurement.eac.int/ at no charge.

4. Interested bidders will be required to register and submit their bids ELECTRONICALLY only through the EAC e-procurement system at http://eacprocurement.eac.int/ to be received on/or before the bid submission deadline Thursday 24^th October, 2024 at 00 a.m. East Africa time. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter at the EAC Headquarters. The system will reject any late bids.
