The Lake Victoria Basin Commission (LVBC) received financing from the EAC Partner States for the construction of its Headquarters in Kisumu, Kenya. LVBC now invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Tender for Proposed Construction of Office Block for the LVBC Headquarters, Phase Two.
