Call for Abstracts: East African Petroleum Conference and Exhibition (EAPCE'11)

The East African Community Secretariat invites abstracts for presentations at the 5th East African Petroleum Conference & Exhibition 2011. The Conference takes place 2-4 February 2011 in Kampala, Uganda. The event's name also changes from the East African Petroleum Conference and from 2011 becomes the East African Petroleum Conference & Exhibition.

The theme of the Conference is Harnessing East Africa’s Oil and Gas Potential and Utilising the Resources to Create Lasting Value and Conference highlights include: Status of Exploration, Discovery and Development; Policy and Regulatory Framework; Investment Opportunities Across the Petroleum Value Chain; Social Economic Impacts; and Field Trips.

Abstracts are invited on the topics listed in the Indicative Conference Programme below. The deadline for submission is 31 July 2010. Abstracts should be sent to the National Organising Committee whose address is indicated further down.
