Council Decisions System:
Council decisions are based on sectors, eg agriculture, health and defense. Each sector has various decisons (decisions and directives) made by the council of ministers who meet to deliberate on various decisions. Each decision has a set of indicators which monitor the implementation progress of each decision. This system will allow users to search and view council decision or indicator by date. By clicking on a sector, all decisions under that sector will be displayed and also by clicking on a decision, a list of indicators from the decision will be displayed.
